Microsoft's target to sell 25 million more Xbox 360 units

 In an interview with OXM Microsoft's senior vice president Yusuf Mehdi said about the company's target to sell 25 million units in the upcoming years.He said that company will achieve this target by "hitting new price points" and "getting new classes of entertainment" for the Xbox 360.

"We believe over the next five years we can break a 100 million unit installed base".

"That's something we're shooting for it's not a financial plan as such,it's just rough numbers if you will.To sell another 25 million,half of those will probably come replacements but half will come from new buyers",Mehdi said.

Microsoft is also preparing a huge announcement for Xbox 360 at e3 2013 according to Gamespot.

  

The layout of the Xbox One controller explained

Microsoft explained the layout of the Xbox One controller to IGN.Xbox One consists of  two buttons "Menu" and "View" that replaces the Xbox 360's "Start" and "Back" ."The Menu button could be used in scenarios such as bringing up in game menus,showing video playback options and accessing commands on the console's user interface" and the main function of the "View"button will depend on the developers and how they use it."Possible uses of View button includes viewing of map during a role-playing game displaying a leaderboard in a first-person shooter and enhancing the navigation of the console's use interface" Microsoft said.

Microsoft creative director Larry Hryb aka Major Nelson has told in his blog post that :

The ability to trade in and resell games is important to gamers and to Xbox.Xbox one is designed to support the trade in resale of the games.Reports about our policies for trade in and resale are inaccurate and  incomplete.We will disclose more information in the near future.

 May be this statement was released due to severe backlash received from gamers for Microsoft's policy on used games

In an interview with shacknews Matt Booty general manager of Redmond Game Studios said that :

we have got everything from very,very casual games like our very much improved and reimagined Solitaire all the way to graphically complicated games like The Harvest.

we are talking about console games but there could be some franchises that could also end up with a PC game.

What is Remedy's Quantum Break?

Quantum Break was the first Xbox one exclusive developed by Remedy Games and produced by Microsoft Studios.In a blog post Remedy Games explained Quantum Break as :
