Microsoft Statement on "Xbox One and used Games"

Microsoft creative director Larry Hryb aka Major Nelson has told in his blog post that :

The ability to trade in and resell games is important to gamers and to Xbox.Xbox one is designed to support the trade in resale of the games.Reports about our policies for trade in and resale are inaccurate and  incomplete.We will disclose more information in the near future.

 May be this statement was released due to severe backlash received from gamers for Microsoft's policy on used games
